Enterprise Account Manager

A full-time onsite sales and account role for a telecommunications and enterprise technology services business, with openings across several Nigerian states and the FCT. The position centres on building long-term relationships with business clients, understanding their goals, and growing revenue through connectivity and digital solutions. It suits commercially minded professionals who enjoy senior-level conversations, negotiation, and working alongside internal delivery teams to meet targets.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective business clients
• Engage decision-makers to understand their strategies, challenges and technology needs
• Promote and sell connectivity, digital and value-added enterprise solutions
• Develop account strategies and customer roadmaps that support growth
• Conduct regular account reviews and report on client needs and performance
• Meet or exceed assigned revenue and sales targets

What you need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related discipline
• 3–5 years' experience in sales, account or relationship management, ideally in telecoms, technology or enterprise solutions
• Solid understanding of fixed and mobile connectivity solutions
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills
• Ability to engage confidently with senior and C-suite stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and virtual teams
