HR Business Partner

An onsite HR Business Partner role based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, suited to an experienced HR professional who enjoys working closely with teams across the business. What you'll do

• Support managers with day-to-day HR operations and advice
• Oversee recruitment activities for the business
• Manage performance management processes
• Handle employee relations matters with fairness and discretion
• Ensure HR practice follows Lagos labour requirements

What you need

• 2-3 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, performance management and employee relations
• Good understanding of Lagos labour laws and HR best practice
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
