An HR support role based in Lekki, Lagos, with a hybrid pattern of four days onsite and one day remote. The position supports day-to-day human resources operations in a fast-paced fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) business. It suits someone with a year or more of experience in HR, HR support or administration who is organised, communicates clearly and enjoys keeping people processes running smoothly.
What you'll do
- Support day-to-day human resources operations
- Assist with recruitment activities
- Help coordinate employee onboarding
- Monitor attendance records
- Maintain accurate employee files
What you need
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, HR support or administration
- Experience in an FMCG environment is an advantage
- Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, attendance and employee files
- Good communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
