HR Specialist

A full-time onsite HR Specialist role based in Ikeja, Lagos, suited to an HR professional with a few years of generalist experience who enjoys keeping people processes running smoothly. The post sits within a business that is hiring to support its workforce across the employee lifecycle. The role blends day-to-day administration with employee relations, compliance and reporting, so it suits someone organised, discreet and comfortable handling sensitive information.

What you'll do

• Support recruitment, screening, interviews and onboarding, including employee documentation
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR files
• Handle employee enquiries and support employee relations
• Assist with payroll preparation and statutory documentation
• Support performance management, training and staff welfare
• Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support

What you need

• BA, BSc or HND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of HR experience
• Good knowledge of HR processes, employee relations and documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; HRIS experience an advantage
• Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
