What you'll do

• Design and build e-learning modules, blended learning resources and performance support tools tied to clear learning objectives
• Use authoring, visual design and approved AI tools to create and update instructional content
• Work with product marketing, operations and subject matter experts to gather information and check content accuracy
• Assess learning needs with stakeholders and turn skill gaps into focused activities
• Use learner feedback and learning data to measure effectiveness and improve materials
• Maintain existing content and manage your own projects, communicating progress and competing priorities

What you need

• At least 3 years in instructional design, sales enablement or a similar learning-content role
• Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or comparable software
• Strong clear writing and the ability to explain complex information through visuals and learning activities
• Experience working with subject matter experts to learn unfamiliar products or processes
• Experience managing content deadlines, incorporating feedback and using learning data to improve materials
