What you'll do

• Research and monitor international tender opportunities on public procurement and multilateral platforms

• Request and compile technical and commercial quotations
• Prepare compliance checklists and bid submission documents
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities, submissions and outcomes

What you need

• Experience with international tender or bid preparation
• Familiarity with procurement platforms such as SAM.gov, UNGM and World Bank portals
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Good written communication skills
• Ability to work remotely from the USA
