Lead Product Manager (Remote - EMEA, Canada, UK)

A fully remote product leadership role at a global employment platform that helps businesses hire, pay and support staff across many countries. The company works asynchronously across more than 60 countries. The position suits an experienced product manager who enjoys complex, regulated B2B territory and who can combine customer insight, operational detail and systems thinking. Candidates should be based within the +3 / -5 UTC time zone window in EMEA, Canada or the United Kingdom and be authorised to work where they live.

What you'll do

• Own product vision, strategy, prioritisation and measurable outcomes for one sub-area of an Employer of Record product
• Map end-to-end customer journeys, internal workflows, country policy constraints, data flows and exception handling
• Lead direct customer and operations discovery to separate feature requests from root problems
• Turn strategy into outcome-based roadmaps with clear decisions and success measures
• Work with Operations and AI engineers to improve scalability, service quality and cost-to-serve, deciding where automation helps and where people stay involved
• Partner with Engineering and Design from discovery through delivery, using prototypes to reduce risk

What you need

• 5+ years in product management, including end-to-end ownership of a complex product area
• 3+ years in HR technology, payroll, benefits, hiring, compliance or another regulated B2B domain
• Strong systems thinking, including policy, operations, data and edge cases
• Evidence of customer discovery that changed a problem or solution, with measurable impact
• Experience aligning senior stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations and Go-to-Market
• Fluent written and spoken English, reliable home internet, and high standards for privacy and compliance
