Lending Sales Lead (Remote, South Africa)

A financial software company that builds cloud-based platforms and solutions for banking and insurance processes is hiring a Lending Sales Lead. You will act as a trusted advisor, linking customers' business needs with technology and helping banks modernise their processes. The role leads go-to-market activity for the lending portfolio across South Africa and the wider African market. The team is growing and operates as an international group.

What you'll do

• Support the go-to-market strategy for the lending division in South Africa and across Africa
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with banks and industry partners
• Find and pursue new business opportunities that fit the lending product portfolio
• Respond to customer requests, including pre-RfI, RfI and RfP submissions
• Prepare and deliver demos and lead presentations, workshops and executive briefings
• Work with international cross-functional teams to integrate solutions end to end and keep clients satisfied

What you need

• At least 5 years of experience in banking, lending solutions or comparable enterprise platforms
• A proven record in enterprise sales, strategic account management or solution consulting within banking
• Solid understanding of financial services processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Must be based in South Africa
