Manager, Business Recruiting (Remote, United States)

This is a leadership role for a recruiter who will run the hiring function for the revenue organization at a fast-growing mental healthcare technology company that is building software used by tens of thousands of independent therapy practices. The business is scaling quickly and is well funded, so the hiring plan is ambitious. You will lead a team of seven recruiters covering both high-volume sales hiring and longer, consultative searches for partnership, operations and enablement roles.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach and retain a team of seven recruiters, setting goals, running a weekly operating rhythm and giving direct, regular feedback.
• Own hiring strategy across the revenue org, turning business targets into hiring plans and forecasting team capacity as priorities change.
• Act as the main recruiting partner to revenue leaders, giving regular updates, flagging risks early and guiding headcount and timing decisions with data.
• Track funnel and performance metrics to spot bottlenecks and improve hiring speed, quality and efficiency.
• Tailor sourcing and process to each function, from high-throughput sales pipelines to targeted searches for RevOps and enablement roles.
• Build scalable processes, including req allocation, interview standards, hiring manager calibration and ATS data hygiene.

What you need

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant hiring for sales or go-to-market teams.
• 2+ years of experience managing recruiters, with a track record of goal-setting, feedback and performance management.
• Experience recruiting in both high-volume and consultative settings.
• Strong command of recruiting metrics and funnel math, and the ability to use them to coach and inform stakeholders.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior business leaders, including pushing back or resetting expectations when needed.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication, and a habit of proactive updates.
• Based in the United States and eligible to work there.
