Marketing Executive

A full-time onsite marketing role in Lagos, based across several Lekki-area locations, with a business services and outsourcing firm. The role suits a creative, self-motivated marketer who enjoys building客户 relationships, planning campaigns and turning market insight into sales growth. It is a good fit for someone who is target-driven, organised and comfortable presenting the company to clients and at promotional events.

What you'll do

• Develop and carry out marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services
• Generate leads and convert prospective customers into active clients
• Plan and run marketing campaigns, promotions and customer engagement activities
• Carry out market research on customer needs, trends and competitor activity
• Work with the sales team to meet business development and revenue targets
• Prepare marketing reports and update on campaign performance

What you need

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field
• Previous experience in marketing, sales or business development is an advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong customer relationship management and networking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools
• Target-driven, organised, proactive and results-oriented
