Marketing Operations Manager (AI & Automation)

The role suits an experienced operations manager who is comfortable designing automated systems, managing customer relationship databases, and using AI tools to make everyday marketing work faster and more reliable.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain no-code automation workflows using tools such as n8n, Make or Zapier
• Introduce AI-driven systems into day-to-day marketing operations
• Manage CRM infrastructure and oversee lead lifecycle tracking
• Design and monitor how lead and customer data is routed between systems

What you need

• Manager-level experience in marketing operations and CRM automation
• Hands-on experience with no-code automation platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier
• Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT in business workflows
• Based in Kenya, Nigeria or South Africa
