Marketing Program Manager

This fully remote role, open to candidates anywhere in the U.S., suits an organised marketing professional who enjoys keeping several projects moving at once. The team works in talent insights, helping HR teams hire and develop people using assessment science, I-O psychology and modern data tools. You would turn marketing strategy into launched campaigns and programmes, linking the marketing team with Sales, Customer Success and Product. The position is full-time on a four-day, 32-hour week and comes with paid time off, benefits and a retirement plan with company matching.

What you'll do

• Own timelines, deliverables and stakeholders for integrated campaigns across email, digital, content and webinars
• Act as the central contact for marketing requests from Sales, Customer Success and Product, keeping stakeholders updated
• Manage version control and distribution of key sales and customer assets such as decks, one-pagers and email templates
• Run campaign setup, list pulls and basic reporting in marketing tools, and build dashboards for performance and engagement
• Prepare agendas, notes and follow-ups for marketing and go-to-market meetings, tracking decisions and deadlines
• Maintain content and launch calendars and a clear view of what is running, next and on deck

What you need

• At least 2 years in marketing coordination, marketing operations, project coordination or a similar role
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and keep stakeholders informed
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with attention to detail
• Experience with project tools such as Asana
• Comfort using AI tools in everyday work
• Clear, concise writing and the ability to summarise complex work simply
