Operations Analyst (Remote)

What you'll do

• Carry out daily operational processes and track issues through to completion
• Manage materials and template quality, including member and provider notices
• Design, document and improve operational workflows and business requirements
• Coordinate and track vendor projects, troubleshoot issues and report to management
• Develop and maintain user and system management protocols to support audits
• Take on other duties as assigned

What you need

• Bachelor's degree required
• Three or more years of related experience, ideally within a health plan or related field
• Experience developing and maintaining detailed process documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Power BI and Excel
• Ability to interpret healthcare data and outcome measures to drive change
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
