Operations Manager

An onsite operations leadership role based in Fadeyi, Lagos, suited to an experienced operations or project professional who enjoys coordinating technical work across several sites. What you'll do

• Oversee operations and technical projects across multiple sites
• Coordinate procurement, logistics and inventory control
• Supervise teams and track project progress and delivery
• Travel nationwide to support project sites as required

What you need

• Bachelor's or HND in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field
• At least 5 years' experience in operations or project management, including 1 year in a supervisory role
• Experience managing multi-site technical projects such as security systems, solar/power, ICT, MEP or systems integration
• Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics and inventory control
• Valid Nigerian driver's licence
• Knowledge of solar PV/inverter installation and electric fence systems is an advantage
