Outbound Marketing Specialist (Remote, Kenya)

S. Eastern Time business hours). A recruitment firm is hiring on behalf of one of its B2B clients for an Outbound Marketing Specialist. The role owns outbound pipeline generation end to end, from prospect research and list building through LinkedIn and email outreach, follow-up, and performance optimization. It suits someone who treats outbound as a repeatable system and enjoys writing outreach copy and testing it.

What you'll do

• Build and run multi-channel outbound campaigns on LinkedIn and email aimed at high-value B2B prospects
• Research target accounts and decision-makers and build segmented prospect lists using ICP criteria such as industry, company size, geography and buying signals
• Write personalized cold emails, LinkedIn messages, follow-up sequences and CTAs, and test subject lines, angles and value propositions
• Track response rates, positive replies, meetings booked and pipeline contribution, and use the data to refine targeting and messaging
• Keep prospect databases and campaign trackers clean, and work with leadership and sales on ICP refinement and outbound-to-sales handoffs

What you need

• At least 2 years in B2B outbound marketing, lead generation, SDR/BDR work or outbound prospecting
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay or ZoomInfo
• Strong outbound copywriting skills and experience running multi-channel campaigns
• Understanding of B2B buyer psychology and high-ticket sales cycles
• Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to work independently and stay available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
• Based in Kenya and able to work remotely from there
