Partner Enablement Program Manager (Remote - North America)

Optional in-person work from the company's New York or San Francisco offices. This is a remote-first role with a fast-growing AI voice and audio company that sells voice and chat AI agents, creative audio and video tools, and developer APIs. You will build and run the company's partner certification academy for systems integrators, cloud hyperscalers and technology partners. The goal is to grow the program to 10,000+ certified partner professionals by the end of 2027 and make the certification a credential the wider tech ecosystem respects.

What you'll do

• Design curricula, hands-on labs and assessments for partner sellers, pre-sales staff and implementation engineers, starting with the voice and chat agent product line.
• Convert expert knowledge from forward deployed engineers, sales and product teams into structured online courses.
• Run the certification process end to end, including submissions, review workflows, certificates and reporting, with technical sign-off from engineers.
• Automate parts of the program such as agent-based review of submissions and learner support emails or bots.
• Lead online and in-person sales and technical sessions, including at partner hackathons.
• Manage program administration: the learning platform, partner onboarding tracks and learner feedback.

What you need

• Experience building enablement or training programs at scale for partners, sellers or technical teams.
• Ability to learn technical products quickly and explain them to both engineering and commercial audiences.
• Strong instructional design skills, with the ability to turn subject-matter expertise into clear courses and assessments.
• Experience running a program end to end, including learning platforms, timelines, stakeholders and reporting.
• Comfort leading live workshops in front of sellers and engineers.
• Must be based in North America and able to work during Americas time zones.
