Product & Project Manager

A fully remote, permanent role leading the development and delivery of a smart home automation and energy optimisation platform that helps households lower electricity bills through intelligent control of connected devices. It suits an experienced product or technical project manager who enjoys working across software, hardware and cloud teams, and who is comfortable with Agile delivery, data-driven decisions and managing external partners. The organisation is a technology business focused on connected home products, offering direct access to senior technical leadership and genuine ownership of a product.

What you'll do

• Own the product roadmap, research customer needs and track performance using product KPIs
• Develop product requirements and user stories, run user research and prioritise features
• Manage sprints, releases, timelines, risks and dependencies across software, hardware and DevOps teams
• Support developer onboarding, APIs, SDKs, app publishing and marketplace growth
• Coordinate leadership, engineering, business teams, customers and external partners to deliver on time

What you need

• At least 4 years in product management, technical project management or a combined role
• Experience delivering products involving cloud services, mobile apps and connected devices
• IoT, smart home or energy technology experience is preferred
• Strong Agile/Scrum or Kanban delivery skills; familiarity with tools such as Jira or ClickUp
• Technical understanding of APIs, microservices, device protocols and data
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
