Product Designer (Figma)

A remote-first software company building tools for software escrow, which helps businesses manage third-party technology risk. The team is small and fast-moving, with a mix of product, design and engineering work. This role suits a mid-level designer who enjoys turning customer needs into clear user journeys and polished interfaces, and who likes having a real say in how products take shape. Strong communication and a collaborative, feedback-driven mindset are valued.

What you'll do

• Turn customer needs into user journeys and intuitive interface designs
• Work with product and creative leads to research, design and prototype new user experiences
• Create user scenarios, wireframes, prototypes and mockups for screens and flows
• Produce visual assets and document design guidelines for development
• Present designs and deliverables to colleagues and senior stakeholders

What you need

• Proficient English copywriting skills
• Strong understanding of colour theory and typography
• Experience analysing user journeys
• Experience working with design systems and symbol libraries
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
• Access to a Mac with Figma, or a preference for Figma
