Product Enablement Specialist, GTM (Remote - Worldwide)
Candidates must be able to work effectively across US and European time zones. This is the first product enablement hire for the go-to-market team at a fast-growing AI company that builds audio and voice-agent technology for businesses, creators and developers. You will sit in the Product & Technical Enablement team and prepare sales and go-to-market staff for each product launch across the company's agent, API and creative product lines, with the most day-to-day focus on API and creative launches. The company is globally distributed and hires for talent rather than location.
What you'll do
- Get early visibility into upcoming releases from product marketing, research and engineering, and have training ready before launch day
- Design hands-on workshops covering how to use, demo and pitch each product
- Turn competitive battlecards into trainings, simulations and demo sessions so sellers can handle comparison questions confidently
- Help define product certification for go-to-market teams and build playbooks and content for the wider field, not only new hires
- Build practice environments such as demo certifications and role-play scenarios with scored feedback, using the company's own AI agent technology
- Track certification rates, demo and pitch quality, and win rates against named competitors, and use the results to improve each launch
What you need
- 4 to 7+ years as an enterprise seller or solutions engineer, or as a seller who moved into product marketing or enablement, ideally at a SaaS, platform or API-first company
- Hands-on experience with agents, APIs or creative tools, with a working understanding of how they operate
- Experience demoing and pitching technical products, and explaining customer value as well as features
- A track record of teaching, mentoring or building training materials
- Comfort building a program from scratch with no existing playbook, and working closely with product marketing and engineering teams
- Clear written and spoken English, with the ability to tailor technical material for different audiences
Open to applicants anywhere in the world.
