Product Operations Lead (Remote)
The posting does not list country restrictions, but pay is in USD and the company serves U.S. health plans, providers and employers, so applicants should confirm they can work from their location. A value-based oncology care company that supports people with cancer and their caregivers is hiring a Product Operations Lead. The company's care management software is used daily by nurses, social workers, care partners, nurse practitioners and medical directors. This role sits between product, engineering and the frontline care team to make sure new features work in practice and are adopted smoothly.
What you'll do
- Become the internal expert on the company's software platforms and their underlying data, and onboard new team members through demos
- Serve as first-line triage for care management tool issues, separating user confusion from genuine defects and writing clear, reproducible bug reports for engineering
- Plan and coordinate feature pilots and rollouts with product managers, engineering and care delivery operations, including release notes, training materials and first-line user support at launch
- Help quality-check new features before release and set up in-product guidance such as walkthroughs and tooltips
- Keep training documentation accurate, partner with the training team on onboarding and refresher materials, and flag ways to streamline processes within the tool
- Monitor usage data for unusual patterns, run user satisfaction surveys, and maintain the product roadmap deck and product process calendar
What you need
- 3+ years in product operations, product support, implementation, training or a similar role working with product and engineering teams on software used by operational staff
- Healthcare experience, ideally in care delivery, digital health or value-based care
- Experience bridging end users and technical teams, including triaging issues and writing reproducible bug reports
- Track record of running software rollouts with training, communications and user support through launch
- Comfort using monitoring or analytics tools and explaining data to non-technical audiences
- Strong project management, written and verbal communication, and practical use of AI tools in daily work
