Production Manager

This is a fully remote production management role with a marketing and creative agency that delivers advertising, digital media, video, social and public-information campaigns for local, regional, government, education and public-sector clients. The role keeps client projects on track from approved scope through to delivery and closeout, coordinating creative teams, media partners and outside vendors along the way. It suits an organised project manager with agency or multi-client experience who enjoys spotting bottlenecks early, bringing structure to workflows, and exploring practical AI-enabled tools to improve how production runs.

What you'll do

• Coordinate client projects from approved scope through production, delivery and closeout
• Track timelines, deliverables, approvals, dependencies and outstanding assets
• Coordinate handoffs between strategy, creative, media and outside production partners
• Review upcoming work to flag scope, budget, resource and timeline risks early
• Document repeatable production procedures, checklists and project-management systems
• Identify recurring tasks that could benefit from AI tools or automation

What you need

• At least 3 years in agency production, project management, creative operations or marketing operations
• Experience coordinating creative teams, internal stakeholders, vendors and client deliverables
• Experience managing multiple deadlines, approvals and dependencies
• Familiarity with creative, media, advertising, video or digital marketing workflows is strongly preferred
• Experience with project-management tools such as Monday, ClickUp, Asana, Trello or Slack
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
