Project Manager

This full-time role is for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex technology projects from initiation through to delivery. It is a hybrid position based in Lagos, Nigeria, with a team working on a data infrastructure platform that supports market access in emerging markets through open banking and machine learning. The organisation is a fintech-focused technology business. The role suits a delivery-driven professional with a consulting background, strong Agile experience, and confidence managing senior stakeholders, clients and cross-functional teams. Prior fintech or open banking exposure is a real advantage.

What you'll do

• Own delivery outcomes across scope, timelines, cost and quality for technology projects
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders, resolving critical delivery challenges
• Establish project governance, risk management, change control and transparent executive reporting
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives
• Manage client engagements and align project outcomes with business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency and client satisfaction

What you need

• Minimum of five years managing technology, software or enterprise implementation projects
• Proven consulting experience managing client engagements and stakeholder expectations
• Extensive hands-on Agile experience, particularly Scrum and Kanban
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a recognised project management or Scrum certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM or PSM
• Experience coordinating software development, API integrations, testing and deployment
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or Microsoft Project
