Project Officer

A 12-month renewable project role with a development-sector organisation based in Abuja, Nigeria, working mostly remotely. It suits early-career project coordinators and recent graduates or NYSC members who have some experience in programme support and want to contribute to health, education and community welfare work. What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate and carry out health, education and community welfare projects
• Manage community engagement, partner relationships and volunteer networks
• Coordinate outreach logistics
• Collect programme data and support monitoring and evaluation frameworks
• Draft detailed donor and activity reports
• Support fundraising proposals, budgeting, procurement requests and communications tasks

What you need

• 1 to 3 years' experience in project coordination or programme support (NYSC experience counts)
• Degree in Social Sciences, Public Health or a related field
• Based in Nigeria or able to work from Nigeria
• Strong organisational and reporting skills
