Recruiting Sourcer

A fully remote recruiting sourcer role supporting a security company that protects valuable technologies from adversarial AI attacks. The team is growing quickly after a recent funding round, and the role focuses on building candidate pipelines for technical and business positions across the organisation. It suits someone who enjoys proactive sourcing, warm candidate outreach, and keeping organised records, and who is comfortable working alongside recruiters, hiring managers and external recruiting partners in a fast-moving environment. Prior sourcing experience is helpful but not essential.

What you'll do

• Work with recruiters and hiring managers to define target candidate profiles and sourcing strategies
• Identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, referrals and professional communities
• Run thoughtful outreach and follow-up that builds long-term candidate relationships
• Maintain organised, accurate talent pipelines in Greenhouse
• Coordinate external recruiting partner activity and keep records up to date
• Support interview scheduling, candidate communications and recruiting reporting

What you need

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple searches and follow-ups
• Comfortable learning recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse and scheduling platforms
• Resourceful and curious, able to research talent markets and adapt approaches
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion
• Available for a six-month contract, with possible extension
