What you'll do
- Lead research functions across multiple regions
- Oversee high-impact research projects
- Manage key client relationships
- Develop research strategies
- Drive business growth through new and existing accounts
- Develop talent and lead change within the research team
What you need
- Master's degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics or a related field; PhD an advantage
- At least 10 years' progressive experience in marketing, social or retail research/audit
- At least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research, survey design and advanced analytics expertise
- Proven client relationship management and business development experience
- Advanced knowledge of SPSS, R, Stata, Python or Power BI
