Senior Account Manager

This is a senior client-facing role based in Lagos, with a hybrid working arrangement that combines onsite and remote time. What you'll do

• Lead the management of a portfolio of client accounts
• Meet agreed key performance indicators
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and profitability
• Develop business with existing and new clients
• Apply creative and strategic thinking to client campaigns

What you need

• Degree from a recognised tertiary institution
• At least 5 years of experience in BTL or advertising
• Strong client service and business development skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to use analytical tools
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms
