Senior Financial Analyst (Remote - US only)

Candidates must reside in the US and be legally authorized to work there. No visa sponsorship is offered. A small, growing healthcare technology company serving specialty care practices is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to own core planning and analysis work. You will turn financial data into clear insights that guide business decisions. The role reports to the Chief of Staff and works closely with teams across the company. It is a fully remote position.

What you'll do

• Own the annual budgeting cycle, from budget development through planning.
• Build quarterly financial forecasts that reflect current performance and updated projections.
• Run monthly and quarterly budget-to-actual variance analysis and explain the key drivers and trends.
• Carry out ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Support month-end close activities, including reviewing results and posting limited journal entries.
• Find ways to improve financial processes, reporting efficiency, and the quality of insight delivered to the business.

What you need

• 4+ years in corporate finance, banking, Big Four accounting, or a similar financial analysis or accounting role, or a clear move toward a finance-focused career.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel or Google Sheets ability.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing financial data.
• Experience with financial reporting, accounting, or ERP systems.
• Comfort with process improvement, adopting AI tools, and working in a fast-growing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work there.
