Senior Growth Product Manager, AI-Native

This is a senior product role focused on what happens after a player signs up: retention, monetisation and lifecycle campaigns. The role owns a player segmentation framework and a P&L lever, and is built around AI-assisted workflows, agents and automated pipelines that turn data into targeted offers. It suits a hands-on growth product manager who enjoys analysis, player psychology and running experiments end to end, and who is comfortable working with ambiguity and building processes from scratch. Candidates from data-heavy consumer companies, consulting, or product-minded analytics backgrounds are a good fit. The organisation is a fast-moving digital company in the online gaming space, hiring for a remote, worldwide team.

What you'll do

• Own retention and monetisation targets across the post-signup player journey
• Expand and evolve the player segmentation framework and the signals that feed it
• Design, size, launch and measure targeted offers and lifecycle campaigns
• Build AI-assisted analysis, agents and pipelines to surface segments and run campaigns
• Explore data warehouse and on-chain data to find patterns and turn them into campaigns
• Work with engineering and design to ship repeatable product surfaces

What you need

• Strong intuition for player psychology and incentive design
• Deeply analytical, able to build cohort analyses independently
• Uses AI tools routinely to write queries, analyses and automate work
• Strong prioritisation and judgement on which ideas to test first
• Hands-on, comfortable executing campaigns and writing specs
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, unstructured environments
