Senior Product Manager, User Acquisition (Remote - Americas, APAC, EMEA)
This is a new, zero-to-one product role at a fast-growing company that provides monetization infrastructure and tools to mobile app businesses, serving developers from solo builders to large app teams. The company already has several user acquisition integrations, including an Apple Ads integration and connections across the attribution and MMP ecosystem, and is now exploring a broader acquisition product area. You will be the first dedicated product hire in this space and will report to the product lead for Ads. The role carries significant latitude to define strategy and the products that follow.
What you'll do
- Research how app developers acquire, measure and optimize users today, and identify where the process is costly, fragmented or opaque.
- Turn customer and market insight into a small set of testable product hypotheses, and recommend where to focus first.
- Design and run lightweight experiments, prototypes and design-partner programs to validate product bets before larger investment.
- Work closely with engineering on integrations, SDKs, APIs, data flows, identity and attribution decisions.
- Align senior stakeholders on what is being tested, what is deprioritized, and what evidence would change direction.
- Over time, own product discovery, prioritization and delivery for the user acquisition area.
What you need
- 5+ years owning meaningful product or growth decisions end to end, including accountability for what was built and whether it worked.
- Deep hands-on experience with mobile user acquisition, either managing paid acquisition for mobile apps or building products used by acquisition teams.
- Working knowledge of the mobile acquisition stack: MMPs and attribution, Apple Ads, Meta and Google ad products, conversion APIs and measurement infrastructure.
- Strong grasp of CAC, LTV, ROAS, optimization signals, ATT, SKAdNetwork/AdAttributionKit and consent management.
- Technical enough to collaborate closely with engineers on APIs, SDKs and data flows.
- Excellent written communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
