Senior Project Manager / Director

A senior leadership role based onsite in Lagos, overseeing marine projects from initiation through to completion. The post covers planning, budgets, risk, resource allocation and coordination with many stakeholders. It suits an experienced project leader with at least fifteen years of delivering complex projects, ideally in marine, maritime, oil and gas, infrastructure or engineering. Experience with international lenders and environmental and social requirements would be a strong advantage. The hiring organisation works on marine projects in Lagos.

What you'll do

• Lead and oversee marine projects from start to finish
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and milestones
• Monitor progress to keep work on time, on budget and to quality standards
• Identify and manage project risks with mitigation and contingency plans
• Coordinate project teams, contractors, consultants and engineers
• Manage project budgets, financial performance and P&L reporting
