This role sits within the customer success team of a large enterprise cybersecurity software company. The team helps customers reach their security goals and get full value from the platform after purchase. The position combines hands-on technical work with executive-level relationship management across a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of up to 20 enterprise accounts through the full customer lifecycle, from pre-sales handover through deployment to an operational state.
- Build success plans with customers and internal account teams, aligning use cases to CISO priorities and identifying growth opportunities.
- Run regular monthly, quarterly and digital business reviews, including executive reviews, and track account health, risks and adoption.
- Validate deployments and configurations against business use cases, and provide technical guidance on integrations with third-party tools.
- Relay customer feedback, product issues and feature requests to product and engineering teams, acting as the customer's advocate internally.
What you need
- 5+ years in a customer-facing post-sales, systems engineering, professional services or client management role, ideally in customer success.
- 3+ years in network engineering, architecture, support or design, and 2+ years working in security or a regulated sector such as healthcare, automotive, retail or OT.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and solid project management experience taking projects from definition to delivery.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills for engaging technical staff and senior executives.
- Working knowledge of Linux operations, LAN/WAN networking and network security concepts.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom and able to travel regionally for up to 20-25% of the time per quarter.
