SEO Manager (Visa Sponsorship - Vienna, Austria)

Visa sponsorship available. A growing B2B software company is hiring an SEO Manager to lead organic search growth across the DACH region and other international markets. You will own SEO strategy and hands-on execution, reporting into the Marketing team and working closely with website and engineering colleagues. The role covers both traditional search results and emerging AI-driven search tools.

What you'll do

• Design and carry out SEO strategy across DACH and additional international markets.
• Advise website and engineering teams on technical SEO, site structure, page layout and implementation.
• Lead keyword research and competitor analysis for classic search and AI-generated results.
• Write or commission SEO content and assess its quality and performance.
• Manage the SEO budget and work with external agencies while keeping strategic ownership.

What you need

• At least 5 years of full-time experience as an SEO specialist or manager, with measurable organic traffic and ranking gains at scale.
• Track record of owning end-to-end SEO strategy across multiple markets and languages, including DACH.
• Strong technical SEO skills: crawlability, site architecture, and working with engineers.
• Proven keyword research and competitive analysis across traditional and AI search tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English and German, plus strong SEO copywriting or content commissioning skills.
• Hands-on Webflow (or similar website platform) experience, and experience managing a monthly SEO budget of €20,000 to €30,000 and external agencies.
