Sr. Staff Outbound Product Manager, AI Assistant (Remote - US only)
A large enterprise AI software company is looking for a senior go-to-market focused product manager to drive market success for its AI assistant portfolio, including its employee-facing work assistant. The role sits at the point where product, field teams and customers meet, turning deployment experience into repeatable success. The company serves very large organizations, and this position helps those customers adopt new capabilities and integrations at scale.
What you'll do
- Build a deep understanding of enterprise customer segments, the competitive landscape, and the practical limits of deploying integrations in large organizations, including security, governance, admin workflows and change management.
- Help define and test readiness criteria for integrations, covering packaging, documentation, deployment guides, support escalation paths and operational playbooks.
- Lead adoption programs for new capabilities and major integrations, including announcements, release notes, demo materials and internal enablement, and run early access programs to gather feedback.
- Equip sales, solutions engineering, customer success and support teams with talk tracks, discovery questions, ROI narratives, objection handling and troubleshooting guides, while acting as the customer voice within product and leadership.
- Define and track adoption and success metrics, and turn field insights into prioritized requirements and clear acceptance criteria for product teams.
What you need
- 10+ years in product management, product marketing, solutions, partner success or a hybrid PM/PMM role, ideally in enterprise SaaS or platform and integration products.
- Proven experience shipping and scaling integrations, connectors, platform ecosystems, or admin- and developer-facing features.
- Solid working knowledge of enterprise deployment topics such as SSO, OAuth, SAML, permissions and access controls, data governance, security reviews, compliance and admin experience.
- Practical experience using AI tools in day-to-day work and a thoughtful view on how AI changes workflows and decision-making.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex technical topics simply and accurately, and comfort working across Sales, SE, CS, Support, Marketing, Partnerships and Legal.
