Staff Product Manager, Enterprise Security (Remote - Worldwide)

Eligibility and pay range depend on the country you select there. This role sits within a mission-driven open-source software company with a large global user base. The team is building a multi-product enterprise offering, starting with a hosted version of an existing on-premise product. You will join a small product team and work closely with engineering, design, security, legal, sales and early pilot customers.

What you'll do

• Own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of a major enterprise workstream planned for 2027, starting with a hosted offering
• Define requirements, success metrics and release plans, and drive delivery with engineering, design, security and infrastructure teams
• Work with pilot customers and prospects, including IT, security and compliance teams, to turn their deployment needs into prioritized product decisions
• Partner with sales, legal, finance and support on packaging, pricing inputs, go-to-market readiness and compliance
• Keep dependencies, timelines and trade-offs visible to leadership across a shared cross-workstream roadmap
• Help mentor teammates and establish product practices as the portfolio grows

What you need

• 5+ years of product management experience, including taking 0-to-1 enterprise security or infrastructure products (such as identity, endpoint or infrastructure security) from definition through launch
• Experience owning a hosted or SaaS security product, including data residency and operational requirements
• Experience with public sector organizations and a working understanding of digital sovereignty requirements
• Strong written and verbal English communication, with the ability to explain complex topics to different audiences
• Track record of execution and comfort setting direction in ambiguous, new product areas
