Strategic Enterprise Account Executive, Healthcare (Remote)

A remote, US-based sales role with a fast-growing enterprise software company that offers a cloud data and AI platform. The position centres on managing and growing a small portfolio of large healthcare payer accounts, combining relationship-led selling with quota ownership. Territory covers Colorado and the Southeast US. It suits experienced enterprise account executives who enjoy translating complex technical capability into clear business outcomes for senior leaders, and who are comfortable working across internal teams and partners to keep customers successful.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with CIOs, IT leaders, line-of-business executives and program managers across two assigned healthcare accounts
• Grow existing accounts by identifying expansion opportunities while also closing smaller wins alongside larger, complex deals
• Meet activity, pipeline and revenue targets through disciplined forecasting and prioritisation
• Maintain accurate account records in Salesforce, including use cases, timing, next steps and forecasts
• Coordinate internal teams and partners, including system integrators, to deliver a clear success plan for each customer
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and explain the platform's value in plain language

What you need

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of experience consistently exceeding sales quotas
• Field sales experience in big data, cloud or SaaS sales
• Track record of growing enterprise accounts, ideally in healthcare or payer organisations
• Existing relationships with CIOs, program managers or other key decision makers
• Ability to explain complex cloud and data technologies simply; early-stage company experience is a plus
