Virtual Assistant

This remote role supports a staffing business that places healthcare professionals with health care facilities in the United States. The work centres on business outreach and day-to-day coordination, helping the team build relationships with facilities and keep candidate paperwork moving. It suits an organised, self-motivated person who is comfortable on the phone, enjoys structured admin work, and wants flexible hours working from anywhere in the world. The role is around 80 hours a month.

What you'll do

• Make outreach calls to healthcare facilities to introduce staffing services and pursue new contracts
• Check the company website for new talent applications
• Coordinate requests for candidate documents such as permits, ID and certificates
• Keep records of outreach and follow-up activity

What you need

• Confident making phone calls to businesses
• Good written and spoken English
• Organised and able to manage follow-ups without close supervision
• Able to work remotely and keep to about 80 hours a month
