Account Executive, Enterprise (Visa Sponsorship - San Francisco, United States)

A fast-growing generative media company that builds infrastructure, tools and model access for AI developers and enterprises is hiring a senior enterprise Account Executive. You will sell a high-performance inference and orchestration platform to large organizations that are building AI-native products. The role suits a closer with a strong record in AI, SaaS or technology startups who can run complex, multi-stakeholder deals from first contact to signature.

What you'll do

• Manage the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from outbound prospecting through contract close.
• Build and execute sales plans to enter new market segments and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Run detailed product demonstrations and lead commercial and contract negotiations with technical, legal and finance stakeholders.
• Build relationships with C-suite and other senior decision-makers at customer organizations.
• Share market insight and customer feedback with product teams to inform the roadmap.
• Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to shared sales practices.

What you need

• At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in AI, SaaS or technology startups, with a consistent record of exceeding quota.
• Experience selling to C-suite and other senior leaders in complex organizations.
• Strong negotiation skills across deals with technical, legal and financial components.
• Clear communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Genuine interest in generative AI and a growth mindset for a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco office; visa sponsorship is available for non-US candidates.
