Online Education Management Trainee (Visa Sponsorship - San Jose, United States)

Visa sponsorship available. This is an entry-level management trainee position with a education company that runs online learning programs for students across the United States. You will begin by working directly with families to understand each student's learning needs and match them with the right programs. The role is designed to grow into responsibilities in student recruitment, enrollment growth, and online school operations, with a path toward leading a team or business area. Intended start date is January 2027.

What you'll do

• Speak with families to understand learning goals and recommend suitable programs.
• Convert trial students into enrolled students and take ownership of enrollment results.
• Build and carry out student recruitment plans through marketing, partnerships, referrals and community outreach.
• Review enrollment data to find opportunities to grow the online student base.
• Over time, help lead online school growth and operational initiatives from planning through execution.

What you need

• Bachelor's degree or higher; recent graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
• Self-motivated, able to solve problems independently and accountable for results.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and open to feedback.
• Interest in education, technology and scalable online learning.
