Marketing Operations (Visa Sponsorship - San Francisco, USA)

Visa sponsorship available. This is a marketing operations role at an AI infrastructure company that provides inference, orchestration and tooling for developers and enterprises building generative media products. You will build the systems that power lead management, lifecycle marketing and revenue reporting. The role combines hands-on campaign execution today with building scalable processes that make the marketing engine more efficient over time.

What you'll do

• Build lead scoring models using product usage, firmographic, engagement and buying intent signals, and route qualified leads in partnership with Sales and RevOps.
• Design and run automated email nurtures and behavior-triggered campaigns across signup, activation, conversion, retention and expansion.
• Own campaign setup, tracking and reporting in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms, including event list building, enrichment, lead uploads and post-event follow-up.
• Establish attribution and funnel reporting that shows marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue.
• Connect CRM, product data, enrichment tools and marketing platforms through scalable workflows, and improve data quality across the funnel.

What you need

• 3 to 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations or growth operations, ideally in B2B SaaS or developer tools.
• Experience building lead scoring, lifecycle nurture programs, segmentation and automated workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution, funnel reporting and pipeline measurement.
• Familiarity with enrichment and intent tools such as Clay, Apollo, Clearbit or 6sense is a plus.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, webhooks or workflow automation tools is a plus.
• Comfortable building systems from scratch, solving ambiguous problems and moving quickly.
