Product Manager, Finance Infrastructure (Visa Sponsorship - London, United Kingdom)

Visa sponsorship available. This is a product management role within the payments organisation of a UK digital bank with a large retail customer base. You will focus on the internal financial infrastructure that records, reconciles, controls and reports on money movement across the business. The work is largely behind the scenes but is critical to scaling products, entering new markets and supporting the finance function.

What you'll do

• Own and build the roadmap for finance infrastructure within the payments platform, then deliver against it.
• Work closely with engineering, finance and payments leaders to define what financial systems need to do now and as the business grows.
• Turn complex accounting, operational and regulatory requirements into scalable platform capabilities.
• Balance urgent stakeholder requests with long-term system health and clear prioritisation.
• Design financial infrastructure that supports multiple products, legal entities, countries, currencies and regulatory regimes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across finance, engineering, product and operations.

What you need

• Strong product management background, with experience owning complex technical, platform, infrastructure or financial systems.
• Enough technical depth to engage credibly with engineers on systems design, trade-offs, dependencies and architecture.
• Genuine interest in foundational systems such as ledgers, reconciliation, financial data, controls, reporting and internal platforms.
• Experience working with senior, cross-functional stakeholders in ambiguous, stakeholder-heavy environments.
• Ability to move teams from request-driven delivery toward a longer-term strategy.
• Right to work in the UK, or willingness to relocate with visa sponsorship.
