Senior Product Manager, Web Growth (Visa Sponsorship - London, UK)

Visa sponsorship available. A UK digital bank with a large consumer base is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead its web acquisition domain. You will own how prospective customers discover the company online and move from first visit to an active account. The role combines product strategy, hands-on experimentation and close work with engineering, design, data and marketing teams.

What you'll do

• Set the product vision and strategy for the company's main website, aligned with business goals and a strong customer experience.
• Optimise the web sign-up funnel, remove friction and personalise landing journeys so visitors move into a measurable onboarding path.
• Build and run a high-velocity experimentation programme, including multivariate tests and attribution modelling with data scientists.
• Define, deliver and measure the impact of the web experiences your squad creates.
• Partner with engineering, design, research, marketing, legal and compliance to ship work.
• Communicate the vision clearly so stakeholders across the business understand priorities and context.

What you need

• Several years of experience as a product manager leading high-performing teams that shipped high-converting web experiences or acquisition funnels at a fast-growing company.
• A track record of consumer web work that drove significant top-of-funnel results and converted visitors into active customers.
• Strong data skills and commercial judgement, with a high bar for rapid experimentation and measuring downstream activation.
• Experience making sound decisions in complex situations with no clear right answer, and breaking down hard problems systematically.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills, able to motivate cross-functional teams around a shared goal.
• Curiosity, humility and a drive to challenge the status quo and improve how things are done.
