Lead Product Manager, Growth (Visa Sponsored - London, United Kingdom)

This senior product role leads the growth domain, covering how people discover, sign up to, and start using the bank from their first interaction. The role carries strategic ownership across a large product area and works across multiple teams.

What you'll do

• Set a multi-cycle product vision and strategy for customer acquisition, onboarding and activation.
• Own the sign-up experience, reduce activation friction, and design new user journeys.
• Build referral and network-effect loops that grow the customer base organically.
• Lead through influence across engineering, design, data, research, marketing, legal and financial crime teams to resolve complex trade-offs.
• Establish operating rhythms that let squads move between rapid experimentation, deep iteration and new 0-to-1 builds.

What you need

• Experienced growth product manager who has led multiple high-performing teams shipping consumer products at a fast-growing company.
• Track record of delivering high-scale consumer growth that drives meaningful top-of-funnel results.
• Strong data skills and commercial judgement, with the ability to decide when to experiment and when to commit with conviction.
• Able to structure ambiguous problems with no clear precedent and communicate clear narratives to align teams.
• Experience mentoring or managing other product managers.
• Right to work in the UK, or willingness to relocate with visa sponsorship support.
