Accounts Payable Specialist (Remote, Estonia)

A globally distributed software quality and testing company that serves enterprise clients on a subscription model is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist for its accounting team. The role keeps financial processes accurate, efficient and compliant across the company's international operations. You will work with finance peers across EMEA, APAC and the Americas, and the company is fully remote and asynchronous in how it works.

What you'll do

• Process invoices and expenses end to end, including coding and approval workflows that follow company policy.
• Run routine disbursements and keep weekly and monthly payment cycles accurate and on time.
• Reconcile corporate credit card activity, track spending and enforce compliance standards.
• Maintain supplier records, resolve account discrepancies and answer vendor queries promptly.
• Support period-end close tasks such as accruals, account reconciliations and AP aging reviews, and help streamline the procure-to-pay process.

What you need

• At least 2 years of hands-on accounts payable experience, including invoice processing, vendor management and payment cycles.
• Practical experience with modern ERP, accounting and expense management platforms.
• Advanced Google Sheets skills for data management and financial tracking.
• Solid grasp of AP accounting principles, reconciliations and internal financial controls.
• Strong written and spoken English for working with internal teams and external vendors.
• Must be located in Estonia.
