Business Growth & Operations Specialist (Visa Sponsorship - San Jose, United States)

Visa sponsorship available. This is an early-career role with a K-12 online education provider based in San Jose. You will begin by working directly with families to understand students' learning needs and match them with the right programs, then take on wider responsibilities in student recruitment, enrollment growth, and online school operations. The company describes a path toward leading a team, an academic division, or an online education business. The intended start date is January 2027.

What you'll do

• Learn student needs through family conversations, recommend suitable programs, and convert trial sessions into enrollments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families and take ownership of enrollment targets.
• Develop student recruitment approaches through marketing, partnerships, referrals, and community outreach.
• Review enrollment data to find opportunities to grow the online student base.
• Support online school growth and operational initiatives, from planning through execution.
• Take on team, academic division, or operations responsibilities as performance warrants.

What you need

• Bachelor's degree or higher; recent graduates are welcome.
• Strong written and spoken communication in both Mandarin and English.
• Self-directed, takes initiative and is accountable for results.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and persistent when facing challenges.
• Eager to learn, open to feedback, and willing to stretch beyond current skills.
• Interest in education, technology, and scalable online learning.
