Capital Markets Associate (Visa Sponsorship - San Francisco, USA)

Visa sponsorship available. A fast-growing generative media infrastructure company that provides inference, orchestration and model access for AI product teams is hiring a capital markets professional. You will support debt and equity fundraising and corporate development work alongside the capital markets team. The company is deliberately flat, so you will work directly with senior leaders on financing and strategic decisions. The deals are large and timelines are short.

What you'll do

• Help structure and close GPU and infrastructure financings, including revolvers, term loans, asset-backed and SPV structures, and run lender processes with legal
• Support end-to-end equity raises, including the operating model, investor materials, data room and diligence
• Build and stress-test financial models and turn them into lender and investor decks and memos
• Manage a live view of lender and investor conversations and make sure follow-ups happen on time
• Track covenants, borrowing base and reporting requirements after closing, and keep capital providers informed
• Evaluate strategic investments, partnerships and potential acquisitions, and build analysis for leadership

What you need

• 5+ years of experience, starting in investment banking, private equity, private credit or infrastructure investing
• Strong financial modeling skills, including building models from scratch and explaining the key drivers
• Working knowledge of debt structures, credit documents (term sheets, credit agreements, covenants) and equity round mechanics
• Clear writing that turns complex models into concise memos or decks
• Highly organized, able to run several processes with many counterparties at once
• Experience with infrastructure, project finance, asset-backed or GPU financing is a plus
