Data Analyst - Power BI Specialist (Remote, Greece)

A large European software and IT services company that builds applications and delivers projects for public sector clients is hiring a Power BI-focused data analyst. You will design and maintain data models, reports and dashboards that help stakeholders make decisions. The team works with modern tooling and emphasizes autonomy, mentoring and continuous learning.

What you'll do

• Work with stakeholders to turn business questions into data-driven reporting solutions
• Design and build Power BI reports and dashboards that surface key business insights
• Develop and tune data models, and create dataflows that integrate and transform data from several sources
• Write SQL queries against SQL Server and PostgreSQL to retrieve, clean and prepare datasets
• Write DAX measures and calculated columns, and publish and manage content in the Power BI Service, including workspace permissions
• Troubleshoot and optimize reports for accuracy, reliability and performance

What you need

• University degree in computer science, IT, data science, software or electrical engineering, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis, with a strong focus on Power BI
• Working knowledge of DAX, Power Query and data modeling
• Experience publishing and administering reports in the Power BI Service
• Solid SQL skills and understanding of data visualization best practices
• Fluent written and spoken English, and the ability to live and work from Greece
