Legal & Operations Intern

An onsite internship in Lagos supporting the legal documentation, administrative and day-to-day operations of an organisation. The role offers hands-on exposure to contracts, compliance and business processes in a fast-paced setting. It suits a detail-oriented law student or recent law graduate who is keen to learn, communicates clearly, and can handle confidential information with discretion.

What you'll do

• Prepare, review, organise and maintain legal documents, contracts and agreements
• Support the preparation and filing of NDAs, letters, reports and other official documents
• Carry out basic legal research and assist with compliance-related activities
• Keep accurate records of legal documents and operational activities
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings and managing documentation
• Help coordinate daily operational tasks and follow up on assigned activities

What you need

• Degree in Law (LL.B) or currently pursuing a law degree
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of legal documentation, contracts and compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to multitask, take initiative and work with minimal supervision
