Senior Strategic Finance Manager, Corporate Finance (Remote - Worldwide)

A well-funded, fully distributed developer-tools software company is hiring a senior finance leader to own its corporate finance cycle. The Finance team runs the operating model, management reporting, budgeting and planning, and the company-level metrics leadership uses to make trade-offs. This is a hands-on, high-latitude role with direct access to senior leadership on capital, pricing and headcount decisions. Applications close Friday, November 13, 2026 at 5pm CST.

What you'll do

• Run the monthly reporting package, driver-based forecast, annual planning and scenario analysis, and redesign the parts of the process that will not scale
• Frame which scenarios to model ahead of capital, pricing and headcount decisions, and bring a clear recommendation
• Lead the annual planning cycle across departments, from calendar and templates through consolidation to board-ready output
• Own the company KPI and metrics layer, including metric definitions, reporting dimensions and financial data quality across source systems and the warehouse
• Set the budget management cadence and department leader accountabilities, and build AI-based tooling and workflows that make finance faster and less manual

What you need

• 7+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, including several years at a SaaS or usage-based business; investment banking, consulting or private equity experience is a plus
• Multiple annual planning cycles owned end to end, and experience building 3-statement models from scratch with scenario and sensitivity analysis
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and core accounting principles
• Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills, working knowledge of SQL, and comfort with large datasets
• Track record of presenting analysis and recommendations to executive leadership and driving cross-functional decisions
• Hands-on experience building AI workflows that other teams adopt, with a clear view of where human review belongs
